The Accra Institute of Technology (AIT) successfully concluded its annual International Research Initiatives Conference (IRIC) 2025 last week, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to fostering global academic collaboration.

Held from 12^th – 13^th August 2025 on our Knowledge City Campus, the conference served as a dynamic platform for the exchange of groundbreaking ideas and the forging of new international partnerships. Under the theme “Innovating for a Sustainable Future: Harnessing Science, Technology, and Initiatives for Global Advancement”, the event brought together a diverse cohort of over 60 leading researchers, academics, industry experts, and brilliant students across Africa

The conference featured an array of engaging sessions, including:

• Keynote Addresses from renowned figures such as Prof. Aba Ayisa Bentil Andam
• Parallel Technical Sessions where over 30 research papers were presented, covering cutting-edge topics in Artificial Intelligence, Renewable Energy, Public Health among others.
